These terms and conditions apply to Nimbus (hereby referred to as “the App”), created by SkyCloudsDev (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Entertainment Only
The App picks random outcomes with a roulette, coin, dice, bottle, numbers and a finger picker. Results are random and provided for entertainment only. Do not use the App for gambling or for decisions with legal or financial consequences.
AI Generation
You can ask the App to generate a roulette from a short description. Do not enter unlawful, hateful or personal content in your description. Generated roulettes are created by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, so review them before using them. How descriptions are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Coins
You earn coins by watching rewarded ads. Coins cannot be purchased and have no real-money value. They are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you uninstall the App.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the App, any part of the App, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the App or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of the Service Provider.

The App is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. Some features, such as AI generation and ads, require an internet connection, and your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from using the App or relying on its results.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the App or stop providing it at any time. You may need to download updates to keep using the App.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
