Nimbus Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to Nimbus (hereby referred to as “the App”), a random picker app for iOS and Android (bundle ID dev.skyclouds.nimbus) created by SkyCloudsDev (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). It explains what information the App handles and why.
Data Stored on the Device
Saved roulettes, settings, theme, language and coin balance stay on the user’s device. The App has no accounts and no cloud sync. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
AI Generation
When users ask the App to generate a roulette, the description they type (up to 160 characters) is sent to Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic to build the wheel. The description is not linked to an account, and the App does not store it on a server. The App tells users to leave out personal details when writing a description.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded ads. These ads are non-personalized. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform, and can change their choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
Analytics and Crash Reports
The App uses Firebase Analytics to record usage events and Firebase Crashlytics to record crash data. No roulette names, option text or AI prompts are sent to either service.
App Integrity
The App uses Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from the genuine app. On iOS it relies on Apple App Attest or DeviceCheck, and on Android it relies on Play Integrity. App Check verifies the device and the app, not the person using them.
Third-Party Services
Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Gemini are provided by Google. To learn more about how Google handles data, users can review:
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page. Users are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
