Bloomi Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Bloomi (hereby referred to as “the App”), created by SkyCloudsDev (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Your Content
Your events, drawings and photos belong to you. They are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you uninstall the App or lose your device. The App has no backup or sync, so you are responsible for keeping your own copies. Do not use photos you do not have the right to use.
Reminders
Reminders depend on your device, its notification settings and its battery and system restrictions. The Service Provider does not guarantee that a reminder will arrive on time or at all. Do not rely on the App for anything critical, such as medication, travel or legal deadlines.
Feedback
If you send feedback, you allow the Service Provider to use your suggestions to improve the App without any obligation to you. How feedback is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the App, any part of the App, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the App or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App, including its scenes and artwork, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. Some features, such as downloading settings and sending feedback, require an internet connection, and your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from using the App, including lost data or missed reminders.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the App or stop providing it at any time. You may need to download updates to keep using the App, and some versions may stop being supported.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
