Bloomi Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to Bloomi (hereby referred to as “the App”), a day planner with doodles for iOS and Android (bundle ID dev.skyclouds.bloomi) created by SkyCloudsDev (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). It explains what information the App handles and why.

Data Stored on the Device

Events, reminders, drawings, chosen backgrounds and settings stay on the user’s device. The App has no accounts, no cloud sync and no advertising. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

Photos

When users choose a photo as a day background, the App opens the system photo picker and copies only the selected photo into the App’s private storage. The App does not access the rest of the photo library, does not use the camera and does not upload photos anywhere.

Notifications

The App asks for permission to send notifications and uses it to schedule reminders on the device. Reminders are created and delivered locally. Their content is never sent to a server. On Android, the App also uses exact alarms and a boot receiver so that reminders arrive on time and survive a restart. Users can turn notifications off at any time in the system settings.

Analytics and Crash Reports

The App uses Firebase Analytics to record usage events and Firebase Crashlytics to record crash data, together with technical information such as the device model, operating system version and App version. No event titles, notes, drawings or photos are sent to either service.

App Integrity and Remote Configuration

The App uses Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from the genuine app. On iOS it relies on Apple App Attest or DeviceCheck, and on Android it relies on Play Integrity. App Check verifies the device and the app, not the person using them. The App also uses Firebase Remote Config to download settings, such as the minimum supported version, which does not involve any personal content.

Feedback

Users can send feedback from Settings. The App prepares an email to support@skyclouds.dev with the user’s message, a screenshot of the current screen, and the device model, operating system version, App version and language. Nothing is sent until the user sends the email, and the screenshot may show the user’s plans or drawings.

Third-Party Services

Firebase is provided by Google. To learn more about how Google handles data, users can review:

  • Google Privacy Policy
  • How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page. Users are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Contact Us

If users have any questions regarding privacy while using the App, please contact the Service Provider via email at support@skyclouds.dev.
